CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 2 hours prior to time of booked appointment.

We reserve the right to decline rebooking appointments after the first or second cancellation.

Refund Policy - Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. If you miss a scheduled appointment, you may choose to rebook. Rebooked appointments must be set within 7 days of original appointment to avoid a new appointment fee.
