MONARCH uses UPS to ship all products. Items are mailed within 2-5 business days of placing an order and are delivered within 2-5 days depending on location.

MONARCH is based in Houston, Texas, therefore, each delivery time varies.

A tracking number is provided at the time of shipping to give each customer peace of mind and the ability to anticipate the arrival of their packages.

Shipping rates may change without prior notice.

All precautions, in the creating and packaging process, are taken to ensure a safe end-product that all customers can enjoy. Items are double and triple packaged for a neat and secure transit.

Due to the current pandemic, COVID-19, MONARCH is not accepting returns. Product resolution is managed on a case by case basis.
