Our Cotton Wick Candles

Cotton wicks are braided cotton strands, dipped in wax and compressed to hold their shape.

MONARCH’S cotton wick candles are:

• Made of high quality 40 thread 100% cotton cord.

• Free of lead, zinc or other metals.

• Free of emitting smoke when properly trimmed.

• Able to provide you with a beautiful and clean burn.

Although cotton wicks tend to mushroom, it is very easy to pinch that portion of the wick with little to no effort. Doing this ensure a successful wick lighting with very little or no smoke. Safety first!

Our cotton wicks are much easier to light with matches. Even tiny matches have enough length on them to properly light a cotton wick candle.
