PERFUME OIL CONCENTRATION GUIDE
PERFUME (PARFUM)
It is the strongest and richest fragrance utilizing 15-30% concentration of perfume oil. Deemed luxury and prestige, at this concentration it last the longest on skin. Ideal for special occasions.
EDP (EAU DE PARFUM)
It is lighter than Perfume, with a 18-20% concentration of perfume oil. Long-lasting but not overwhelming, great for everyday use.
EDT (EAU DE TOILETTE)
It is lighter than EDP with a typical concentration of 10-15% of fragrance oil. It is the most popular concentration among most department store brands. Perfect for daytime, can be reapplied.
EDC (EAU DE COLOGNE)
It is the lightest form, also referred to as a splash or mist with typical concentration of 3-5% perfume oil. Refreshing, perfect for a quick pick-me-up on hot days.
